Actress Hina Khan, known for her role in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, married her longtime boyfriend, producer Rocky Jaiswal, in an intimate ceremony on June 4, 2025.
Hina and Rocky’s relationship began over a decade ago, on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where Rocky was a supervising producer. Their relationship has lasted over 12 years and has faced many obstacles, including Hina’s ongoing battle with stage 3 breast cancer.
The couple chose to have their ceremony in private with their closest family and friends.
Hina’s bridal attire included an opal green and gold saree by Manish Malhotra, featuring their initials and the infinity symbol, which represented their love everlasting, intricately embroidered into the fabric.
After the ceremony, Hina outshone the sun in an electric purple saree, appropriately exuberant for a newlywed.
Adding to the sweetness of the union is the couple’s path through difficult times. Hina was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, and through it all, Rocky has stayed by her side.
He shaved his head along with Hina and accompanied her to every appointment. Rocky has not only been there logistically for Hina, but has always been so supportive in every possible sense. Hina shared, “He shaved his head when I did.”
